Description
The primary function of a Mac Station sales person is to generating sales and to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will achieve this by educating prospects, listening to and filling their needs while adhering to our Mac Station Standards® code of conduct.

Description
This entry-level position is the core of the service department. Employees must be able to interface with customers on the phone or over the counter to provide technical details surrounding Apples Service strategy as well as perform physical hardware and software repairs on customers' equipment within Apple’s Service guidelines.

What you will be doing:
- Facilitate incoming, outgoing, and transferring of inventory and assets, based out of the Vancouver location.

Corporate Sales Representative
Do you understand the changing realities of business technology today? As one of BC’s premiere Apple Specialists, we are looking for Proven HUNTERS – individuals who have a positive and accountable attitude and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
The CSR is a key member of the sales team and will have the responsibility of providing customized Mac based business solutions to small and medium sized businesses across the lower mainland. The CSR will be responsible for driving business and revenue growth within a designated territory through prospecting, development and signing new customers. The CSR will develop business solution proposals, present and sell Mac Station solutions via phone, online and customer meetings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads, sales opportunities, and target accounts within your territory
- Manage the entire sales cycle; present & complete business solution via customer meetings, phone, internet & webinars with the intent to create long term, mutually beneficial business relationships
- Maintain focus and effectively cope with multiple objections and issues in a complex environment
- Dedicated to presenting a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude and expect the same in your team members
- Documentation of contact and lead activity within CRM system
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding departmental goals for sales quota
Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals in Mac OS X environment (experience with Windows is a plus)
- Experience and expertise in guiding companies in switching from Windows to Mac platforms and/or integrating the two operating systems in essential for this position.
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B experience in computer industry with a successful track record in both sales and extraordinary customer satisfaction.
- Ability to represent the Company at business events, trade shows and at customer locations
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
- Robust communication skills with the confidence and skill to communicate professionally with C-Level executives
- Passion for sales and closing deals
