Retail Sales Associate - Vancouver, Burnaby, Abbotsford
Description
The primary function of a Mac Station sales person is to generating sales and to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will achieve this by educating prospects, listening to and filling their needs while adhering to our Mac Station Standards® code of conduct.
Duties
- Meeting customers face to face within the store. Always stand up when greeting prospects.
- Field incoming phone inquiries and generate sales from them.
- Processing general sales, placing orders for customer within our POS system.
- Perform all Open and Close duties as posted on each POS terminal ask of you by Mgmt.
- Invoicing sales and maintaining a complete customer profile/history within our CRM system.
- Assisting with any additional duties outlined by the Store Manager(s) or GM
Responsibilities
- Must adhere to the signed Employee Standards form at all times.
- APP status must be achieved to earn their bonus beyond the evaluation period through ASTO.
- Daily review of existing Orders and e-Mails.
- Remain up to date with the latest developments at Apple and other related technologies
- To inform Manager on Duty (MOD) of all returns without exception.
- To check in and out at the beginning and end of each shift.
Chain of Command
- Reports to the Store Manager, and Assistant Store Manager

Service Technician - Vancouver, Burnaby, Abbotsford
Description
This entry-level position is the core of the service department. Employees must be able to interface with customers on the phone or over the counter to provide technical details surrounding Apples Service strategy as well as perform physical hardware and software repairs on customers' equipment within Apple’s Service guidelines.
Duties
- Interface with customers and perform initial diagnostic and sign in.
- Complete “walk around” checklist for all incoming machines.
- Perform Customer Call backs on all units worked on daily.
- Up-sell customers when ever possible during the repair process.
- Complete and return the “up-sell” checklist with all repairs.
Responsibilities
- Must adhere to the signed Mac Station Standards® code of conduct form at all times.
- Adhere to Mac Station’s Check in-out Standards Check List
- Maintain Apple certification level of MCP.
- Must read or respond to all directives and changes put forth by Apple Canada.
- Must adhere at all times to the guidelines for Warranty and non-Warranty repairs specified by Apples Service
and Support Contract.
- Must remain up to date with all of Apple news and technical updates.
Chain of Command
- Service Techs report to the Service Manager for issues regarding Apple Service or “Service” in nature.
- Service Techs report to the Store Manager for issues involving payroll, benefits, and sales orders and
scheduling. Staff are to check-in at the beginning of their shift and out at the end of their shifts.
