A high-end hair salon on the renowned Granville Street row needed an easily manageable solution for booking appointments, customer record management, scheduling, point-of-sale, and back-office record-keeping.

In addition, we met with the salon’s stylists to see if there were features that we could make work for them. A 24” iMac was ideal for providing ample room to work and manage multiple applications (such as Mail, iWork, iChat, and Salon Transcripts). A Time Capsule provided backup and wireless networking, and the ability to print receipts/invoices was handled by a Lexmark e120 Network Printer.
Mac Station’s specialists oversaw implementation and setup, and within a day the salon was up-and-running with their complete solution.
